“Jazz was on the ball at all hours of the week. Went we first sat down with her we gave her our “realistic” idea of what we thought we could sell for and where we thought we could buy. She blew us out of the water by selling our house for more than we ever expected AND finding our new home in an area we NEVER thought we would be able to afford. She would set up showings for us as soon as houses hit the market, was available to us for calls at all hours, and even helped us with our two toddlers at showings. She was transparent and honest and didn’t waste a moment getting us in our new home. She helped us with cleaning our home before we moved in, checked on us after the first night, and will absolutely be part of our backyard bbqs at our new home! Can’t recommend jazz enough. ”
