<p>Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about The Copeland Sutton Team. Chad and I worked together in law enforcement for over 20 years with the Fort Smith Police Department. During that time, we created and managed two small businesses for a little extra income, (because cops make so much money....ha ha). Now we are both retired from law enforcement and teamed up again in Real Estate! We work for a great broker by the name of Mont Sagely with Sagely and Edwards Realtors. We are committed to providing the absolute best service possible to our clients. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we are glad to go the extra mile to make sure our clients are well taken care of! I am a single father of four children; Garrett - age 32, Mason - age 27, Charlee - age 9, and Stevie - age 7. I am truly blessed! Chad has been married to his wife, Jennifer for over 20 years. They have 2 children, Landon who is 27 and Reid who is 16. Chad and I believe our careers as Fort Smith police officers have given us solid foundations to be familiar with The River Valley area as well as an ability to deal effectively with others. We sincerely enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals and dreams.
