Her career began in the banking sector with Bank of America in Newark, New Jersey. Her expertise and dedication led her to a prominent role at a Fortune 500 Spanish company in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she served as Senior Collections Manager. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in developing and establishing new collections departments for the company’s microfinance subsidiaries in Puerto Rico. After a successful banking career, she relocated to New Jersey to focus on her family and entrepreneurial ventures. She engaged in small business enterprises, including the import and export of Puerto Rican products to the Tri-State Area, and co-founded an investment property business with her husband. Her passion for real estate prompted her to pursue a career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She worked at Keller Williams Team Realty and United Real Estate North Jersey before establishing her own brokerage office, Realty Xpress Group, in Belleville, NJ. Specializing in residential, multi-family, rental, and commercial real estate, she leverages her extensive background in banking, accounting, and sales to deliver exceptional service to her clients. Actively involved in her community, she has made a lasting impact as the Community Ambassador of North Newark, NJ, in 2020, organizing a massive cleanup in the North Ward of Newark alongside 20+ nonprofit organizations. In 2017, she co-founded and became President of the nonprofit Mujeres Al Poder, which focuses on supporting women undergoing domestic violence, fundraising for their needs, and empowering them to promote change within the community. Additionally, she has served as Treasurer and a board member of the Puerto Rican Day Parade, Inc. since 2022.
