“TL;DR -- Jack is super experienced and if you're looking to buy/sell on the Westside, you can't go wrong! We used Jack to buy our condo in Palms/Culver City in 2016 and to sell this past summer. He also helped my in-laws buy and sell in the same area. Jack has lived and worked on the Westside for a long time and had been very successful. He knows the area incredibly well and is very savvy when it comes to reading people. Despite his success and the fact that our condo was not a multi-million dollar property, it was obvious that Jack still takes a lot of pride in his work. He guided us through a couple difficult parts of the transaction, but we closed the deal on the first try and got $30k over asking! Don't cheap out on a realtor.
