Gustaf began working in Real Estate in 2015, first for the Detroit Land Bank Authority managing real estate development projects, and since 2021 as a licensed Realtor. Gustaf joined the @Properties Detroit office in 2023 and specializes in the city of Detroit, Grosse Pointes, Woodward corridor communities, housing cooperatives, and developer services with the city of Detroit. Gustaf earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and holds a certificate in Real Estate Development from Cornell University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Children's Center in Detroit and the Town Square Housing Cooperative in Detroit. Gustaf lives in a Mid Century townhome in Detroit's Elmwood Park neighborhood with his wife and 2 children. When he's not with clients he enjoys golfing, listening to records, cooking, the Detroit Lions, and walking on the riverfront with his family. He has lived in the city of Detroit since 2014.
