“We were looking to purchase a property to invest in Detroit. My wife and I did all the research to find homes we wanted to tour, he really did not provide a single lead outside of that, but he did ensure we were able to see the properties we liked. Daniel did a decent job considering we were out of the state buyers. However when we decided on the property and bought it, he did not structure the deal in a very good way. We paid in full for the property (cash buy) and allowed the seller to stay for 30 extra days, this turned out to be very bad as the seller did not want to leave until he was able to, he even treated to squat. As a professional, he should have protected us as buyers and suggested ways in which we were more protected and worked with the title company to ensure there was funds withheld until the seller moved out, when he or the title company did not do. The seller had been paid in full and decided he did not want to leave until he was ready to do so. All in all I would not use him again.”
