“My experience with Flex Realty started in August 2023. I called the Flex Realty office and left a message. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back from Giles Wagoner. We set a time for him to come and look at my house. He was there promptly and explained all the aspects of what would happen during the selling process. Within a week, the paperwork was signed, the photographer had taken impressive photos and the property was listed. Less than a week from the listing date, I had two offers and the house went under contract for more than the asking price. What is really impressive about Giles and Flex Realty is that at the closing there were issues with an old building permit and that the property is in an area in Burlington that is considered Glebe Land. It was agreed, that in addition to resolving the building permit issue, I would petition the City of Burlington to remove the property from the Glebe list. Because of these 2 issues, I had to put a large sum of money in escrow. Giles worked with the Burlington Zoning Dept filling out paperwork. After many telephone calls and going to the Zoning office, he got the issue with the building permit resolved. Giles checked in with me weekly on the progress. In addition, over the past 5 months Giles has continued to keep me informed on the progress of the removal of the property from the Glebe list. This was all done after the closing. Giles treats you like you are family. He is knowledgeable, polite and definitely has gone above and way beyond to get the job done. Getting these issues resolved has been a nightmare but if not for Giles knowing what to do and doing it, I don’t know how I would have gotten things done. This is the first house I have ever sold so I don’t know about other Realtors but I doubt there are many that would have done what Giles has done for a client.
