Gary is professional, confident, and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended by two of my neighbors and he did not disappoint. My home was first scheduled for professional photos which turned out excellent. My home sold within seven days with a two full price offers. When a small repair was needed after inspection, he immediately sent his handyman to get the job done. No detail was overlooked. He knows his business front and back and will negotiate for you. You will surely be happy with the outcome.

Gary was great to work with. We had to sell my Mom's house which wasn't in tip top shape and he made the process very easy for us since it can be overwhelming at times. He was always in communication with us and made sure to check in with emails and texts and then set up calls if needed, which I appreciate it since I don't have a lot of time for phone calls. He assisted with getting us the haul away and cleaning teams and also helped set up the estate sale by recommending a great business. He also knew which buyers weren't serious so we could root them out as to not waste time and and it took a few rounds of new offers but we ended up getting a very reasonable offer for a fixer upper with major issues. The process couldn't have been easier in my view.
