“Recently I needed to sell my home of 57 years (2450 Sq Ft) and move into assisted living due to age, visual and physical limitations . I was referred to Erin by a friend who had essentially done the same a few years earlier. Also Hurricane season would be a major concern in few months. My background and experience are a retired Lockheed Martin Engineering Manager, and managing on the side an inherited commercial real estate rental business for 30 yr. Also furniture and items needed for my move to assisted living, and all remaing furniture, items not taken by family, friends and charities had to be moved to clear the house completely for sale. This was a major efforts with a definite knack for making everything appealing. . All of this was done was accomplished by Erin’s contacts. Workers were on the job in a few days. ,Her cost estimates and time lines were accurate. The house was on the market for $675K in 3 weeks after signing a Sales Agreement. A Sale Contract with a buyer was signed 18 days after listing for $700k. Closing Agreement was finalized 7 days later.. This was a very efficient, positive process due to Erin’s experience, proper oversite, coordination and positive attitude. I was a very happy homeless person. ”
