Her impressive project management and grant writing skills resulted in winning two condo developments: Daymark, a 54-unit condo building in the heart of Portland (co-listed with Kaili Moore), and Harborside Condos, 136 unit condo development in South Portland (co-listed with John Fitzsimons).</p> <p>Erin worships her children - triplets in their 20s and thinks her third husband is the best one.
