“First time homebuyer here! My husband and I were very nervous and had no idea what to expect , but Ericka took care of us from start to finish. Ericka worked with everything we told her. Her suggestions were spot on. Even after one meeting she knew the best route for us & knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. Even the banker she recommended to us helped us out a lot. We did have a bit of a shaky ride with a low appraisal (& the company was terrible and wasted everyone's time for almost 3 months). We didn't hear much, but Ericka was working hard for us behind the scenes. She knew how much we wanted the house but she knew our financial limitations as well. Her & some other great folks made sure we got into the house. We have been in there about a month now and LOVE it! I would definitely recommend Ericka to anyone looking for a realtor.”
