Erica Simpson

Having built her business on a foundation of honesty, integrity and deep industry knowledge, Erica has earned her sterling reputation as a trusted real estate advisor who consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. Erica pours herself into education and continuously works to improve her knowledge and skill set so she can be the best resource for her clients as possible. Shortly after receiving her real estate license in 2017, Erica obtained her Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) designation to better serve Juneau's extensive military and veteran population, and in the fall of 2019 (only two and a half years into her real estate career) Erica earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designation. The CRS® designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and takes most agents years to achieve. Additionally, she is a Certified Probate Specialist and a Luxury Home Specialist. Erica is also extremely involved in her community. She served for eight years on the Greater Juneau Chamber of Commerce board of directors, she has served as the Vice President of the Southeast Alaska Board of REALTORS®, and is also involved with many local charities. Erica received her Associate Brokers license in August of 2020 and as of January 2022 she opened Real Broker LLC Juneau Home Group as Owner and Associate Broker In Charge.
