<p>Eric Lafayette has been active in the real estate and construction field since he graduated from Roger Williams University in 2010 with a degree in Construction Management. Between 2010 and 2014, Eric worked with a regional mechanical firm excelling in various roles from estimator to project manager. In addition to his contracting work Eric has managed the family real estate portfolio for over 3 years. The portfolio consists of 45 apartments located throughout downtown Burlington. During this time he furthered his involvement working with the community by taking up volunteer roles with the Boy's & Girls Club and Burlington Parks and Rec. He recently purchased a home in the New North End of Burlington with his Fiancé Jordan Boyle and dog, Wally. He likes to take advantage of all the great outdoor activities the area has to offer and enjoys spending time with childhood friends. </p>
