I offer unparalleled customer service and whole heartedly believe the best ability is availability. The core of my business is being there for you when you need me the most —I pledge my utmost fiduciary duty to you: replying to your texts in a timely manner, showing up to appointments on time, and thorough and honest communication every step of the way. I treat every client's deal as if it were my own -- if I don't feel comfortable personally buying or selling it, I would NEVER advise you to do so.</p> <p>I became an agent in 2012 right out of college and obtained my broker license in 2018, now with over 450 transactions touching all corners of real estate including raw land, land development, new construction builds, new construction sales, commercial tenant representation, commercial sales, traditional real estate, investment home sales, landlord representation, single-family listing agency, buyer's agency, first-time home buyer representation, VA/veterans agency (especially veteran relocations), farm and ranch sales, recreational land sales, and more.</p> <p>Growing up, I cut my teeth in the family general contracting business alongside my dad. Fond memories include hanging sheetrock with the old man after school, laying tiles, hanging cabinets, and my favorite -- demolition day! Most of our projects involved commercial retail finish-outs (nail salons, restaurants, office spaces, showrooms, etc.) as well as residential remodeling. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for the trades and an upper hand among my peers, as I remain well-connected in the local contractor and trades community.</p> <p>*I offer on-call, 24/7 service with a proven track record.* While my day-to-day bread and butter lies within conventional real estate (first-time home buyers, families looking to upsize/downsize, relocations, new home communities, etc), I thrive on complex real estate projects beyond agency and have done it all: from fix and flips, Airbnbs, FHA 201K renovations, ground up construction, custom new builds, spec new builds, commercial land development, commercial ground up construction, raw land development, and so much more.</p> <p>*I don't take shortcuts and pride myself in the work I put in for my clients.* It's no secret that real estate agent commissions are nothing to sneeze at and I believe that you got to put in the work to earn it. As a seller’s agent, I don't slap my listings together with ChatGPT slop or take potatophone photos. I thoroughly research your property and work with you to identify its strengths and weaknesses to put together the most comprehensive and attractive listings possible. As a buyer’s agent, you’ll get my honest opinion on any given property and a zero pressure approach to house hunting. I don’t care if we look at 10 homes or 100 homes, you make an offer when YOU’RE ready to. And we’ll make that offer at a price that makes sense to you, backed not by emotions but by hard data and logic. I’m not here to make a quick buck; I’m here to make sure you become a repeat client. My office is located right off 75 and Bush and my core market area is the greater north Dallas/Collin County region: Plano, Allen, Richardson, Mckinney, Carrollton, etc. I grew up in this area and went to college here so I would like to think I'm a subject matter expert of this territory.</p> <p>The real estate landscape is rapidly changing and no doubt we're in uncharted territory.
