Dolores Melendez

<p>I was born and raised in Connecticut. I grew up in Manchester and know this town as well as surrounding towns in the Hartford and Tolland counties like the back of my hand. I am a mother of 3 and grandmother of 9. Family is very important to me and helping my clients find their next home is top priority.</p> <p></p> <p>I have always had a passion for real estate and am now realizing my dream. I also assist my fianc&#233; in his home improvement business as an office manager and administrative assistant which means I am no stranger to what is needed to make a home sell. We own our own home rehabbing business with the goal of providing better homes for our clients as well as increasing the value of the neighborhoods these rehabbed homes are located in.</p> <p>Outside of my professional real estate career I am committed to volunteering in the local communities. I always seek ways to help the veterans and people in need.</p> <p>I am bilingual and can work with both English and Spanish speaking customers</p>
