This gifted Deb has a strong background in servicing corporate clients' design requirements as well as meeting their needs within immediate deadlines.</p> <p>With her passion to a hands on approach, she learned architectural drafting, basic construction &amp; technical skills.</p> <p>Previously a NYC commuter from Stamford &amp; Cos Cob, she returned to Hartford county, allowing her to fulfill her long term goal to become a Realtor. </p> <p>Amy Rio personally recruited Debra over 12 years ago to become a Realtor at Century 21, when first she was Amy's client. When Amy opened Executive Real Estate in 2005, Debra transferred along with her in which Deb made the very first sale! Within four years, Debra went on to become #1 in sales.</p> <p>Deb's passion for houses of which she can envision their full potential allows her to utilize both her artistic talents and Real Estate knowledge.
