“Happiest Home Buyers I cannot say enough positive things about our Realtor, Dave Zuller. He is an exceptional realtor who went above and beyond to find my husband and I our first home. We are very grateful to have had the luck of his services, by way of Zillow. (Our first house search started in 2020 during COVID times and our previously assigned realtor was much less than desirable to say the least…) Our newest search started in the fall of 2023. When I clicked on “schedule a tour” through Zillow, I was asked to give my contact information and he called shortly after that. He was extremely pleasant to talk with and has a very down to earth attitude. He wanted to get details on what we were looking for, bedroom and bathroom numbers, and what was important to us. I never felt pressured into looking at anything. He was completely on top of everything during the search process, getting tours scheduled to accommodate both of our work schedules. Not only is a top rate realtor but also a contractor, so he has a wealth of knowledge about all the important items to check and red flags to watch for during tours. Side story: One house we viewed was a DIY handyman’s house and about halfway through he politely asked if I liked it. I replied “Absolutely not” and his response was “Good, because I forbid you from buying it”. It was that bad! When we found the one, he provided comp. prices in the area and we discussed the amount to offer and because the team is so efficient, we put an offer in the same day as touring. The seller was eager to sell and accepted our offer straight away. (Which was incredibly surprising since we had put in multiple offers over the past 6 months). Dave also made sure we had all the information needed throughout the journey and was with us every step of the way. He always responded promptly via text which is very convenient. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this experience. If we ever do this again in the future, I know exactly who I’ll be contacting. ”
