David W. Murdock

David W. Murdock, ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, is a seasoned sales agent and consistently a 'Top Producer'. With years of experience selling property in Boston, he prides himself on his communication skills, patience and overall 'A+' goal in customer satisfaction.  Murdock dedicates his time each week advising buyers and sellers, drawing from his experience on both sides of the real estate transaction. He has a solid knowledge base of the Boston market and beyond, in a full range of prices and property types. He has recently represented buyers and sellers in Boston and over twenty different suburbs. Murdock is also a successful investor, recently converting a three-family in Boston into condominiums. This experience has vastly helped him understand the role of a developer.  Murdock grew up in Jamestown, a small island off Newport, RI, and hasn't lost his small town demeanor. A resident of Boston since 1993, he has lived and sold homes in nearly every of this city's many neighborhoods. He, his wife Kathryn and their three children currently live on the South Shore in Hingham, MA. He earned a BFA in Creative Writing and an Advanced Certificate Degree in Screen Writing, both from Emerson College. Murdock also attended the Moses Brown School in Providence RI.
