<p>I can remember the first time I bought my home in 1999. It was very stressful in that it was a big investment and I was being coached by family and friends. They meant well, but I was still stressed about the unknown. <br> <br>Today, my job is to relieve that 'unknown' stress of buying or selling a home. Just as in any service industry, I believe there should be value to my clients. Here are some ways that I provide that value: <br> <br>-I am both GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS(Certified Residential Specialist). Between the 2 degrees I have over 240 hours in advanced real estate classes. In real estate terms, a realtor license could be a high school diploma as the GRI is the Bachelor of Science and the CRS a Masters Degree. <br> <br>-I am also a <a href="http://negotiationexpertise.com/courses/certified-negotiation-expert/" target="_self">CNE</a>(Certified Negotiating Expert). As a realtor, one of the top skills that are required is the ability to negotiate. By recognizing the leverage in a transaction, my goal is negotiate in your best interests. <br> <br>-I specialize in the Denver Northeast neighborhoods of Whittier, Cole, Five Points, City Park and Park Hill. Though I specialize in these areas, I serve the entire Front Range. <br> <br>-I also specialize with first time home buyers. As stated earlier, I know what it feels like to buy your first home.
