“Darla was amazing. The first time I spoke with Darla about relocating to the Louisville from the Indy area was late January 2025. By the first week in May we were moving into our wonderful townhome in Louisville, all thanks to Darla. I knew next to nothing about the area other than I wanted to be closer to our daughter and her family. Darla was able to find us the perfect home very close by and negotiated a great deal for us when there were very few houses for sale in the area. She was a great communicator and her knowledge of the area was impressive. She also referred us to a lender who was also wonderful to work with. The transition from IN to KY was much easier than I could have hoped for. If we were to ever even think about buying another home I would not hesitate to work with Darla again.
