“Danielle is the best realtor I have ever seen/met in my life. She knows real estate like no one else. This was the first time I have ever sold a house and I can say if I was selling a pair of old sneakers I would hire Danielle to sell them, because she can sell anything, no matter how challenging. Last year in November I went with a realtor through a friend's referral, from just word of mouth, no previous advertising. I thought this person was a great fit. She put my house on the market in November but priced it way too high for the market. Even though I explained to my realtor at the time that I really need to move this house. Nothing in the area was going for the price we listed. Needless to say, I stayed too long. I later moved on to a realtor who was not in the area. She was better than my last because I started getting views but nothing really stuck. I then got the house appraised not knowing that there is a difference between a lender's appraisal vs. an owner's appraisal. After going through another few months of mortgage payments and a lot of frustration, I found Danielle and I can not say enough good things about her. It only took one email sharing with her everything I had gone through and the challenges I was still faced with, and Danielle jumped in ready to help, without hesitation and without even meeting her in person (since I was out of state at the time). After I contacted her and she agreed to help, she was at the house the following morning making her assessment of the problem. Danielle went to work before the contract was even signed. As soon as we had a listing contract, Danielle had the house listed within a week (like she said she would), and as soon as we went to market, I was under contract in less than 24 hours!! I was speechless. I currently live in CA and Danielle handled everything for me. I didn’t even have to make one trip back home!! She saved me time and money AND made me time and money. Danielle is and will always be the best realtor I ever seen and have had the opportunity to work with in the state of NC. As a now former NC resident, she will be the only realtor I will ever deal with on the east coast. “A true Professional. We moved to the area from out of state. Danielle was top notch explaining the different areas and communities to use. We went under contract on the first home and ran into some unique issues. Danielle explained the pros/cons and ultimately we moved on. I am a firm believer things happen for a reason. We went under contract on the 2nd home and she was excellent working again to make sure we knew all the things that had to come together. We were not here for most of it, so she was our eyes and ears on the ground. She had said this location was 10x better than the first.
