“She was extremely rude on the phone and very short with me when all I was asking was for help and getting in contact with the landlord to see the property. She hung up on me many times and my husband when we were asking how we can go about getting in contact with the landlord because we had paid for the application and haven’t heard anything back. She said that we were not qualified and didn’t meet the criteria and that there was another tenant that got selected the night before even though she contacted me early this morning to give her a call in regards to seeing the property, she was very rude, dismissive and immature and I would not recommend her as anyone’s agent or Realtor . ”
