Craig Waterworth

Craig Waterworth, the newest edition to our team, lives and breathes our group's core values: gratitude, integrity, duty, and service. He began his Real Estate career in January of 2016, sprinting out the gates with 15 pending transactions in only two months. He accredits this success to his work ethic, his client-first mentality, and the ongoing support from his family. His passion for the city of Richmond coupled with his dedication to customer service makes him a natural fit as your Buyer's Agent.&nbsp; <br/> <br/> Craig was born and reared in Richmond, Virginia, and currently resides in Bon Air with his fianc&eacute; Emily. He attend Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia, and earned a Bachelor's of Art degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in History in 2010. Immediately thereafter he began his sales career working for companies such as Snagajob, ECPI University, and Enterprise. Working in these diverse and ever-changing Sales Roles, he learned quickly the value in true customer service. His brother Tommy, and lifelong friend and mentor Brad Ruckart (founding members of our Group) saw him as a natural fit as a Realtor and when the timing was right Craig jumped at the opportunity to join the team.&nbsp; <br/> <br/> Craig is a family man at heart and is always striving to become a better person, friend, brother, son, uncle, and (soon to be) husband. A lifelong athlete and competitor, Craig is always finding new ways to challenge himself. He's a regular runner of the Monument Ave. 10K, an intramural basketball and softball player, avid outdoorsman, carpenter, and a big fan of live music and festivals. Above all, Craig is honest, genuine, and compassionate and looks forward to serving you in your next real estate transaction.
