She brings honesty, humor, empathy &amp; a no-nonsense approach to every transaction, making the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming &amp; a whole lot more fun.</span>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: black;">Originally from a small town outside of St. Louis, she blends that down-to-earth energy with deep knowledge of the city. From St. Charles to South County, Lafayette Square to her own neighborhood of Tower Grove South - if it&#8217;s in St. Louis, she knows about it &amp; she probably has a good story to tell. Courtney loves helping clients create spaces or find spaces they want to gather in. </span></p> <p><span style="color: black;">Her work *and* life partner, Steve, is her teammate in all things day-to-day which is quite necessary. In addition to the fast pace &amp; high demand of a career in real estate, they also have multiple investment properties, two dogs, two cats &amp; two daughters - one in college &amp; the other in elementary school. Again, she&#8217;s part chaos coordinator, so don&#8217;t worry - she&#8217;s got everything under control.</span>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: black;">Courtney fully runs on caffeine, calendars, &amp; pure determination. When she&#8217;s not working with clients, she&#8217;s likely mid-DIY project or tearing something apart with full confidence she will figure out how to put it back together. She&#8217;s proud of the life she&#8217;s building. <br>It&#8217;s a little loud, a little messy &amp; exactly the way she<br>wants it.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
