“I'd like to think that I belong to a small group of people who have both bought and sold a house through Cityhome Collective, with the same realtor. And I cannot say enough positive things about Cityhome or Corigan Kushma. When I started my home search, I met with half a dozen realtors and saw a dozen houses but wasn't happy with the realtors or houses. From my initial contact with Corigan to keys in hand, it only took about 3 months (majority of that time was due to my indecisiveness in selecting a house). Fast forward 1.5 years later and I found myself having to relocate to a new state for a new job. Exciting but stressful because I only had about a month to get my affairs in order before moving to start work. I had no hesitation in who I was going to reach out to first to help sell the house, Corigan of course. I contacted her and she was more than willing to help me again. During the month before I left, she walked me through everything I needed to do before leaving her..yet again..to deal with my house while I'm out of the state. We selected a listing date and I was fortunate enough to get an above asking price offer before the house even hit the market. Even in a great market, that's impressive. That is 100% thanks to Cityhome, Corigan's marketing ability and connections/network. As I was outside the state again, Corigan again kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and she again facilitated everything on my behalf. We closed in less than a month. On top of Corigan's awesome ability, the entire group at Cityhome is amazing too. You get far more for your money in working with them than any other company I've seen. The entire company operates as a team to help you get your house sold or to help find you your dream home. Cityhome and Corigan are a huge part of why I'll miss living in SLC.
