He consistently failed to answer questions—at one point telling me I had asked too many for him to remember. He neglected to follow up with the seller's agent when explicitly requested and multiple times gave us inaccurate information about the home’s features, such as incorrectly stating that the security system was included. I never felt supported or well-represented; he did not fulfill the basic duties of a buyer’s agent. Because he was neither proactive nor responsive, I had to rely on my own resources to get questions answered and time-sensitive issues resolved. Buying a first home is stressful enough.
