<p><b>My Real Estate Selling Philosophy.</b></p> <p>My goal is to EXCEED your buying or selling expectations.</p> <p><b>My Background<br/> </b><br/> I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. I attended Hoover High School and Central Campus (Home Building I and II Courses) and graduated in 1998. Throughout high school, I was heavily involved in athletics playing football and rugby. I attended DMAAC from 1998-2000. I began my professional career in 2000 as a Loan Originator. I originated mortgages for multiple lenders from 2000-2005. I then spent from 2005-2014 as a mortgage underwriter working in origination underwriting, mortgage default underwriting and forensic mortgage review. During that time I also spent time as a tax preparer helping families with their personal and family returns. In 2009 I received my real estate license and have been helping families achieve their home buying goals ever since. I joined RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts in 2014. Outside of Real Estate I have a love for Martial Arts. I have spent extensive time doing Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I participated in the summer Iowa Games in the sport of judo and judge local MMA and Muay Thai events. I have also spent time working with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Central Iowa. I am an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
