“I worked with Chris when I was relocating to KC for work. We touched base often ahead of my first visit and when it came time to look at houses, I was very impressed by how organized the visits were. He made a binder to look at while driving between houses, we never had to wait on appointment approvals, and he took the time to not only show houses, but highlighted other aspects of the KC metro area and what it had to offer. He was also excellent at rolling with the punches when I would ask to switch gears and look at other parts of town or house styles. Chris gave up his weekends to work with me due to my schedule and we put in many full days of house hunting before finding the perfect house. Due to me being out of town, I relied heavily on Chris to assist in lining up and taking part in inspections, negotiating, closing etc and he assisted without hesitation. Chris has also followed up multiple times after closing and we continue to stay in touch. I would use him again without question!”
