He understood what I in particular was looking for, and he not only helped me get the perfect condo, he was there when I had a couple questions for him months later. When I wanted to sell, I went right back to him and he was fantastic again. He had perfect advice for how best to prepare the condo. He knows the LA market really well and did a perfect job of listing and pricing the unit to get the maximum exposure in way that peaked buyers' interest, which of course led to offers. Chad is a champion - he's an amazing realtor, negotiator, and overall person, with great communication skills and overall values. Chad helped us smoothly navigate through an extremely complicated 1031 exchange process, and come out with a beautiful and profitable new investment property.. This was out first 1031 (which comes with serious time pressures and big tax issues if anything goes wrong), and Chad patiently and smoothly took us through the process to find a great property, and then take it to the finish line. Chad got our deal closed with plenty of time to spare, despite an extremely difficult seller and tenant issues we had to work through. Although Chad has other clients, we always felt like his first priority. He was always available, always on top of all the details and communication threads, and was able to bring in excellent partners as needed, like an inspector, lawyer, and even liased with city officials in order to address (and eventually dismiss) building issues on the triplex we purchased with our exchange funds. If you are doing a deal in Los Angeles, be smart and work with Chad.

Chad helped me to buy my first condo and I'm very happy with how he guided me thru the process. We spent 4-5 months looking around and made a few offers before getting the condo that I got. Once we had a deal, he was also very active in helping to answer all of my questions. He's really a great guy.
