“Carolina did not seem to know what the future plans of the neighborhoods were. Once we looked into newer, higher priced homes she became less useful. It shows she has experience on the lower market end and limited knowledge of the new developments and school systems. I would not recommend for those interested in new construction homes. Please do your own research. ”

“Oh man, where to begin with Carolina Williams? Carolina Williams is an incredible and tenacious realtor, let’s start with that. She is a single mom who’s love for her kids is evident in the hard work and grit she puts into being a realtor. She answered every text and call in a timely manner. Even the multiple panicky ones late at night. I was not the ideal, calm, collected client. We were first time buyers and came into this with very little knowledge of the market. Carolina did an excellent job of listening to our wants, diligently searching for a house, and setting up multiple showings for us in a day. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the various builders and models of houses. She never complained and always came with a positive attitude. But, she is not all flowers and sunshine. If she was, then we would have purchased the first house we fell in love with and would have been disappointed. She reminded us to not be enthralled by the decorations in the house, but instead to look at the structure and functionality of each house. Would it work for our family? With a keen eye, Carolina would inspect the house and point out even the tiniest flaw to make us aware. When we asked her to share her honest opinion and not sugar-coat it, she did. And it was always immensely helpful. She reminded me that house searching is like dating, “It’s all excitement and falling in love in the beginning. But you have to take a breath, step back, and look at the good and bad qualities to have a good grasp of what this person (house) truly brings to the table.” When we found the house we knew would fit our family, Carolina spent the time explaining how she could write a competitive offer. She wrote a competitive offer and advocated for us, even when better offers to the seller came in. It was the first house we made an offer on and because of Carolina, we got it! Carolina is someone who other realtors, as well as buyers and sellers, want to work with. If she is on your team, she is giving it all she’s got.”
