“Cameron was ineffective in communication and failed to send information in a timely manner. He then ghosted without an established closing date. He stopped communication and wouldn't respond to sellers realtor or the buyers. He did not assist in a final walk through. Would not recommend due to inconsistent behavior and failure to follow through expected actions. We would have lost money on extra rent or having to replace and undisclosed water pump failure due to his lack of follow through.”
