“We used Caitlin to move across the country and purchase our condo (site unseen) in Milwaukee, WI. (in The Third Ward). First, I was blown away by Caitlin immediately. I sent a long list of questions via email to three different realtors I located on Zillow; Caitlin was the only one to respond with answers to my questions AND they were much more detailed than I expected AND full of information I didn't even know I needed answers to. Believe it or not, she even replied to my email on Easter Sunday while on vacation with her husband! (I know, right? Believe me, she's amazing!) Second, she is personable, friendly, and is not afraid to hustle (she took videos of properties and her describing the properties to us while she walked through them since we were two time zones away). Third, Caitlin has an abundance of real estate industry knowledge; she is familiar with the local area and communities, the local condo market and trends, the needs and wants of local buyers and sellers, and even information about possibly turning purchases into rental properties at a later date. She is also highly versed in real estate transactions, procedures, processes, and timelines. Finally, Caitlin is trustworthy, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to buy their first condo! (I can't attest to this, but I imagine that if you are looking to buy a home instead of a condo, she is still the best around).”

“I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin, who made my search for a home a whole lot easier (which isn't to say it was easy by any means). Caitlin was always responsive in a timely manner to all types of random questions, concerns, anxieties- In a way Caitlin was more of a personal assistant, therapist, and life coach then she was a realtor during my search. While I did my due diligence in finding places, Caitlin's finger was always on the pulse of the market as well, and there were times she knew about things heading to market or was ready to get a showing before I even knew about something. Even once the home closed, Caitlin did not cease her work for me- after an unfortunate event with one of the contractors the roof of my new house never was completed. I fully expected to be on the hook or frantically figure out who to go after to get it paid for- Caitlin and Shorewest stepped up and took care of the cost and hassle of finding a roofer to finish the job. Honestly Caitlin went so far above and beyond what was expected of her and I feel bad that all I can do for her is give her a good review. I'm sure she is sick of me by now (I'm sure I didn't make it easy), but I won't forget all she did for me anytime soon. Next time I need to buy or sell a home I will definitely be calling her and/or Shorewest again.”
