After losing money on a home she and her husband purchased from a family member, she entered real estate in an effort to ensure that others never made the same mistake she did.</p> <p></p> <p>Brittany has a B.A. from the University of New Orleans with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Business management. She started in real estate in 2013 and, because of her passion to help people, quickly began to outsell many of the agents in her office. Soon it was time to spread her wings, and Brittany started her own team in 2015, and they were consistently the top one or two teams in an office of over 500 agents.</p> <p></p> <p>Brittany is the Team Leader of the <strong>Picolo Ramos Team</strong> and is also now President of Godwyn Realty, ERA Powered. Brittany's enthusiasm is evident in every listing and relationship. She loves life and loves helping people and feels lucky to have a calling that combines the two.</p> <p></p> <p>Brittany is also the star of the show “Selling the Big Easy” which made its debut on HGTV in 2020.
