“Where do I even begin… Brian inherited a very challenging property to sell in a tough buyer’s market, and from day one he approached it with enthusiasm and optimism. Throughout the process, it honestly felt like anything that could go wrong did go wrong. We dealt with a broken sewer line, several price reductions, and even a buyer backing out—through no fault of Brian’s or mine. It was a challenging transaction, to say the least. While real estate is obviously how Brian makes his living, the value he provides to a seller is well worth it. I would tell any seller that you get what you pay for – Brian knows his worth and charges accordingly. That said, strong representation truly matters and is FAR less of an expense than the cost of bad representation (trust me, I have learned the hard way). To conclude, Brian is worth every penny. If you’re looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, strategic, patient, and genuinely looking out for your best interests, I can’t recommend Brian highly enough.”
