“Honest, friendly, personable, no pressure. Brian made the home-buying process super easy, especially for someone who had never bought a home before. He was always very quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. He was very proactive about coordinating communication between all parties (home-inspector, bank loan officer, the sellers, etc). We enjoyed getting to know him and felt like he went out of his way to educate us so we could be better informed home-buyers in the future. He also never pressured us into anything. At every step of the process he had our best interests in mind. Unfortunately, we had to back out of a house due to home inspection findings and later decided to stop looking. We had a pretty rigid set of requirements for a house due to our current financial situation and just couldn't find one that fit in the time we had to look before moving up to the Fairbanks area. Brian was totally understanding and emphasized that he didn't want us to buy a house if we didn't have a warm and fuzzy. He said to reach out to him anytime if we had questions in the future about real estate (even if it wasn't in his market) or about life in Alaska in general. Just a very personable guy and definitely values the needs of his customers, even when the deal doesn't end up closing. I would definitely call him again if our situation changes in the future.
