Brendon is an incredible agent, and we absolutely loved working with him to find our dream home in Noe Valley. We can't imagine working with anyone else. My husband and I were first-time home buyers, so we needed to find someone who could really walk us through the process end-to-end—from deciding between different SF neighborhoods to helping us prepare an offer and navigate the closing process. Brendon was exceptional at every stage, making us feel confident and supported in an incredibly competitive market. He is also so experienced and well-respected in this market—at almost every listing we visited, the seller's agent would say something along the lines of, "Oh you're working with Brendon? He's amazing - I love him!" We deeply benefited from the breadth and depth of Brendon's network, and if there was ever a home we were interested in, he would make sure he or his team was there at the appointment, walking us through the property and helping us think through the pros/cons. When it came to reviewing the (many) disclosure packets and paperwork, we really appreciated Brendon's careful, detail-oriented approach. He taught us how to read through each disclosure and what to look out for—and would go through the details himself to make sure we didn't miss anything. When it came down to negotiations, he had our back, helping anchor our expectations but also making sure we didn't bid over what he felt the house was worth.
