“Brandy did a great job in supporting my journey to purchase my first home. She was extremely knowledgeable in the areas and helped me pin point where to start my searches. Brandy took the time to understand what I was looking for in a house - open/spacious kitchen, renovated bathrooms, garage, etc. She worked closely with me for several months to tour at least a dozen homes and to see different styles in person. She would revise searches and send me more listings that fit my profile. Throughout the process, Brandy was very responsive. She helped answer any maintenance or pricing questions I had on the houses and the home I ended up purchasing. This included running comparisons on other nearby houses, reaching out to contractors, and getting more info from the seller(s). Brandy went above what other relators would do to ensure I was happy with my decision. She showed that she cares for her clients.
