As a life-long resident, I have lived in and owned properties in most of the Charleston areas and surrounding islands. Having grown up around the islands and beaches, I truly treasure the magnificent landscape and character of our beautiful city as well as the many wonderful activities and experiences.<br/><br/> I have a background in Computer Science and Math and graduated with honors from Clemson University. This led me to begin my professional career as a Computer Analyst and Programmer. After taking a break from my career to raise our three children, I decided to return to work in the Real Estate field. My experiences of helping people buy and sell have been very rewarding and I am thoroughly enjoying my career as a Realtor. My analytical background and attention to fine detail have served me well. I am a good listener and very attentive to my clients and I work very hard to make sure my clients either find the perfect home at the right price or get the best deal possible in a reasonable amount of time for their home. I am certainly not the Realtor who puts a listing on the MLS and sticks a sign in the yard and waits for the calls. I am extremely knowledgeable about how important internet marketing and technology tools are affecting the Real Estate Industry. In fact, approximately 90% of home buyers begin their search on the internet before they ever contact a Realtor. “Brandy advised us on how best to prepare the condo for sale. She knew the market very well and suggested a price that was higher than we anticipated. The condo went on the market on a Friday morning, and we had a signed contract for $5,00 more than the asking price by Saturday night. She was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. It was a pleasure having her help us.”
