“My wife and I were referred to Brandon from our realtor in Washington state where we are from. I called him one night after our home in Washington was under contract, and I feel like we just hit it off. He was very friendly and professional. Our home buying experience was a wild ride to say the least! Lots of ups and downs, but Brandon was right there next to us with a positive outlook and ready to keep going until we hit our goal. While our home was under contract, (the first time) we began to look in The Nampa/Caldwell area and he was eager to show us anything we wanted to see, No matter the day or time. Unfortunately, our deal fell Through in Washington before we looked at too many. A month later our house was under contract again, so we were back on! Brandon showed us a few places, but we ended up landing on a new build. Brandon was there every time we had an appointment and always knew what questions to ask. I even consulted him with questions I had about selling my home in Washington, and he was more than happy to help. After signing papers and paying earnest money on the new place we were all very excited and ready to move into our new home, we just had to wait for our house in Washington to close. The night before we were supposed to close, the money was supposed to be in our account the next day, the deal in Washington fell through. We were pretty defeated to say the least, Starting from scratch, losing the house we thought for sure was ours. But, Brandon was there the whole time and ready to find us a better home, and thats just what he did. He made sure we got every penny we had spent in earnest back and waited patiently for our house to finally sell. 3rd times the charm they say, and about 2 months later we finally sold our house and Brandon helped us find an amazing house in Kuna!
