“Bradley exceeded every expectation. He was very thorough in researching the asking price. He patiently explained each step as he arranged for professional photography, listed the house, set up online appointments and marketed my house effectively. As a result, the house had eight immediate responses and four offers the first full day. The house went under contract for $10k over listing price with an option to rent back for 30 days while waiting for the new home. He has great contacts for getting inspections and necessary work done. He negotiated a reduction in price for where I am moving and, again, had mortgage lender contacts, attorneys, etc that have made this an organized, successful sale and a smooth purchase. This isn't my first or 2nd sale but, thanks to Brad, it has been the easiest. He jokingly told me he was the best and then he proved it!”
