During the five years he spent at OU, he earned
a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. While completing a Master's
Degree in Economics and Finance he was selected by the Department of Economics
to teach undergraduate economics as a Graduate Assistant to the Chairman of the
Department of Economics.

In 1967, prior to enrolling in the graduate program at
OU, he was commissioned into the United States Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant.
Upon graduation, he began four years of active duty as a Purchasing and
Contracting Officer for the USAF and achieved the rank of Captain before
resigning his commission to pursue a career in industry.

Bobby joined Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation in 1972
and was eventually promoted to Director of Operations/Administration for the
National Management Company that operated some 850 stores that were then ownedby the stockholders of Heublein Corporation. During his employment at KFC, he became a close friend of the company founder, Colonel Harlan Sanders, who
personally nominated Bobby to the honorary rank of Kentucky Colonel. He
resigned from KFC to own and operate a mid-western pizza franchise in Houston,
Texas. He sold the company in 1979 and was recruited by Al Copeland, founder
and owner of Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken, New Orleans, Louisiana as Vice
President of Operations with responsibility for approximately 85 restaurants in
New Orleans, Atlanta and Houston.

In 1982 an opportunity presented itself in the rapidly
expanding home medical equipment industry in Oklahoma City. As a result, he
resigned his position with Popeyes and returned to Oklahoma City to own and
operate American Respiratory and Rehabilitation until 1996 when he sold the
company to Rotech, a large, international medical conglomerate. During his
tenure as President of American Respiratory, he founded American Business
Forms, a printing company that markets proprietary copyrighted forms, tags and
labels to independent medical dealers across the United States. In addition, he
invested in and eventually became sole owner of "Sweete Memories Specialty
Bakery," known for beautiful gift baskets filled with luscious, hand made
sweets that were delivered locally and shipped coast to coast daily. He sold
Sweete Memories in August of 2006 to Chef Joseph Royer, owner of the famous
Saturn Grill located in historic NIchols Hills Plaza in Northwest Oklahoma
City.

Bobby became a full time realtor in 2004 and devotes all
his professional time and energy to his Real Estate Business. He realizes that
the sale and/or purchase of a home are among the most important and life-changing
events in an individual’s life. His real love is working with families,
especially those that are relocating to the Oklahoma City area from out of
state, and his personal goal is not only to find his clients the right home at
the right price but to establish relationships that will last a lifetime.

Meet Ginny...

Ginny Silk has a strong background in commercial sales
ranging from products as varied as patented grain carts used in the annual
wheat harvest, cattle guards manufactured and marketed specifically to the
petroleum industry, commercial cellular telephones, residential insurance and
print media. Her sales career began in the Kansas agricultural market with JT
Manufacturing of Hazelton, Kansas. After a move to Oklahoma City, she was
employed by Nextel where she was responsible for sales and marketing to the
greater Oklahoma City business community.

Ginny joined Farmers Insurance Company In 2003 as a
customer service representative for an independent agency. In that capacity,
her duties included the sale of home, auto and life insurance to a broad range
of residential customers as well as responsibility for marketing to potential
customers. In addition, she had direct responsibility for timely filing of
customer claims and subsequent follow-up.

In November of 2004, she was recruited by Bricktown Media,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Roy Oliver Investments, to assume the position of
sales executive for two international trade publications, Ag Ads and Punch
Press. Her responsibilities included telephone sales, direct and e-mail sales
campaigns as well as national travel to attend trade shows for the respective
industries which were served by the papers.

Ginny resigned from Bricktown Media in October of 2005 to pursue a full-time career as a residential real estate agent. She and Bobby have been married since 2006, have raised two wonderful children and have one grandson, Sterling.

Remember…"When our telephone rings, we answer it…GUARANTEED!!

- Bobby Daniel, Ginny Silk and Metro First Realty of Edmond

What my clients are saying
“From the first meeting we had with Bobby right away we knew he was knowledgeable, patient and open to dialogue. After that initial meeting we knew exactly what we needed to accomplish on our end moving forward to get the process going. Each meeting ended this way as his communication was specific, thorough and always informative. Throughout the entire process Bobby and Ginny were concise, encouraging and always available. We truly had the feeling of being on a team with them and that their goal was for us to have a positive home selling experience. Bobby and Ginny have and show respect for their clients. We felt valued and knew we were working with genuinely kind people as throughout the process they checked in on us and our health and wellness even beyond the property sale. They were exactly who we needed to work with in that time and we were so thankful they were recommended to us by a family member!”
