He specializes in residential sales and leasing in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Billy has received a number of honors as a real estate agent. He received the NOMAR Gold Award each year from 2007 to 2011. He also earned the CRS designation, the highest designation awarded to sales associates in residential sales. Additionally, Billy had a hand in real estate sales in Miami as an agent for Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell realtors, one of the largest real estate companies in South Florida.</p> <p>A native of New Orleans, he is a graduate of Holy Cross High School. Billy holds a business management/finance degree from the University of New Orleans. Billy also has a degree in culinary arts. Before starting his career selling New Orleans real estate, Billy sold wine to local restaurants and retailers throughout the city, using his culinary arts background.</p> <p>Billy is especially passionate about Old Metairie Real Estate.</p> <p>In fact, Billy currently lives in Old Metairie and enjoys spending time with his family and cooking. He is an avid runner and cyclist. He is married to Leticia Borrouso and the father of two daughters.</p>
