Interest rates were obscenely high, and homes were still selling incredibly fast. As first time home-buyers, it was easy for us to be overwhelmed. Beth Ann had a thorough knowledge of the market, and she helped us navigate the many questions we had during the process. Critically, she took time to make sure she really understood our wants, needs, and budget. Based on that, she was able to help us find the exact homes we were interested in.
