“Arthur is the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to a realtor! The man knows everything when it comes to his line of work and more. He is great to be around and makes the home buying search and process so easy. He is honest and will give you his true opinion on the house and anything you ask him about. For example we looked at two houses we were interested in. The first one was about $30k more than the second one we looked at but when we went to the second house before we said anything he said this is a much nicer house than the first which is exactly what we were thinking. So he was honest and told us exactly what he thought where some realtors may say the complete opposite just to make more money. Arthur was not worried about the money, he was worried about getting us in the house we loved and that’s exactly what he did. He always answered the phone and was always on top of things. He made suggestions that I would not have thought of that went in our favor during the buying process. Next time we buy a house or someone asks for my opinion Arthur is the only person I’d recommend. We have worked with a couple other realtors before we met Arthur and they are night and day different from him. I really can’t put into words how great this man is.
