Having been a trial lawyer for 4 years in the Narcotics Unit, Andrew has a unique skill set that benefits his clients during every phase of the transaction. His trial skills transferred seamlessly to real estate and Andrew has since&nbsp; <b>sold over $20m in closed transactions</b>&nbsp;and is a&nbsp; <b>top 100 realtor in Louisville.&nbsp;</b> <br/> Andrew's foray into real estate started with investing. As an investor, he owns and operates rental properties in the Germantown and Shelby Park areas, focusing on servicing the University of Louisville market. As a full-time real estate professional, he views his role as that of a counselor, educating his clients on opportunities in the market&nbsp;and real estate strategies that extend beyond the sale of a primary residence. He received his Bachelors Degree from Murray State University where he was a Division 1 Cross Country athlete. Andrew is an alumni of Male High School, where he ran, swam and played lacrosse. Currently, Andrew is the Director of Appriss Racing, a regional cycling team, and enjoys spending his free time on a bike or running through Cherokee and Seneca Park where he currently resides with his wife and two dogs.
