“Alex Hallmann is an excellent realtor. She helped me when I needed to rehab a house that was a mess after renters left it in terrible shape. She provided referrals for people to do the repairs, then she went on to help after an inspection came up with many surprises, and then lastly, when a full size tree fell in the backyard the day before the closing, she again came through with names of people to help make the house pass inspection / appraisal. ! She is a great problem solver and always prompt and responsive while providing the emotional support keeping in mind the end goal. She goes above and beyond. I give her my highest recommendation!”
