<p>Alana & Scott Homes was formed by two great friends, both Atlanta natives with varying backgrounds in Real Estate. Alana got her start with a mixed-use community developer and moved into residential sales in 2009. Scott started working as a residential architect in 1997 before launching his own contracting and real estate investment company. Eventually, he joined Alana to focus on residential sales in 2015. By combining strengths, Alana and Scott offer a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience to both home buyers and sellers, as well as the investor side of the market. With a career of 100+M in sales volume and assisting over 400+ individuals and families buy, sell, and invest in real estate, Alana and Scott have a proven track record of happy clients. They love what they do and it shows with their can-do spirit and relentless commitment to their client's goals. Their "team" approach, detail-oriented staff, and network of professional specialists allow them to provide a streamlined and seamless experience from start to finish and ultimately become a real estate resource for life. </p>
