“Aileen Garcia doesn't back down from her values, she doesn't quit, and she delivers. We are a couple in our 70s and relocated to California. I spoke to Aileen the day of the tornado in late May. I told her I wanted the home to be under contract by June 20 as I was doing my apartment search in California at that time.
