“Aileen Garcia doesn't back down from her values, she doesn't quit, and she delivers. We are a couple in our 70s and relocated to California. I spoke to Aileen the day of the tornado in late May. I told her I wanted the home to be under contract by June 20 as I was doing my apartment search in California at that time. I also told her that I I wanted to move on July 29 and wanted the home sold by then. We discussed in great detail the pricing of our home keeping in mind its drawbacks and our time frame. Other realtors recommended higher pricing. I felt like Aileen had a better grasp on our home and the market. She helped me stage the home by sharing outdoor furnishings and rearranging some items inside. She knew how to stage for photos and the marketing materials were top notch.
